Davao City Sight Seeing Destinations

Davao city is vibrantly dotted with many places of tourist importance. It has a long and enriched history which is visible at all these places worth visiting. Natural flora and fauna form a major part of the Davao city and it is well conserved and displayed in the various museums and wildlife sanctuaries across the city.

Some of the prominent sites can be listed as below:
Philippine Eagle Centre: It is the home to the world's largest eagle, the Monkey Eating Eagles as they are locally known. They were on the verge of extinction when this centre was set up in 1969. Since then the centre has managed to conserve and breed these magnificent birds in a protected environment and has successfully conducted research studies about these Kings of the Skies.

Eden Nature Park: Eden Nature Park is located in the Toril district and is situated at 900 meters above a mountain. This Nature Park which is spread out on 40 hectares is almost completely man made.

Apart from this there is the Shrine of the Infant Jesus of Prague, the Crocodile Farm, The Davao National Museum and the Pearl Farm Beach Resort which are worth visiting and being in sync with nature.
